Very friendly reception, suitcases are supervised on arrival and departure day. The whole hotel is very stylishly furnished. Zimmer was very quiet. Very good quality mattresses.
Unfortunately there was no daylight. The window of the room looked out onto a light well.

The blonde recepcionista was really rude and dismissive about our request that they cleaned something sticky on the carpet on our room. I had to be a bit rude for them to clean it!

The restaurant was really nice with great food. I tried wonderful dishes. - the breakfast had plenty of options like cereals, cakes, pastries, yoghurt, and cheese. - the staff was welcoming and polite. - the service was great.

The hotel was quite basic, but had been recently renovated which was nice.
The hotel staff were hard to deal with, especially the manager who I had a number of arguments with. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
